We kindly ask you to submit your best work in just one of the categories below. Multiple submissions, and submissions by the same author to multiple categories, are politely declined without review. The 2024-2024 issue of Bellezine is now open for submissions from Bellevue College students and alumni. Send us your best fiction, poetry, essays, and graphic narratives. This issue has no theme -- just send us whatever slaps!
Some specs:
Please include a print-ready, third-person bio of up to 50 words with your submission.
Submit up to five poems. Please include the titles of all poems (or abbreviated versions if they are very long) in the subject line of your submission.
Fictions and essays can be any length up to 4000 words.
Graphic narratives can be up to 20 pages and, if accepted, will be printed in black-and-white.
Feel free to submit one piece per genre.
